We had an unexpected free evening, so we went to Dee Why beach.  We would have met up with Cherry and Brent....if only they still lived at Dee Why!  We enjoyed a perfect autumn evening,  and good food!

Mr.P's aging process!!

Scout was so excited about 'bumpa' having candles and fire!! and blow...
She also loved to 'see the night' with the full moon, the lights on the water, and the crickets!! We also saw a possum in the tree. There is nothing quite like 'seeing' thru the eyes of a child.
3 generations... so....he has been around the sun 61 times!! pretty good effort!

Home again...

Mr.P has been on a BMW motor bike safari in the Snowy Mountains, for a week. He arrived home safe and sound tonight. I must admit that I was concerned for his safety this time...totally selfish reasons...were off to UK and Europe next week and I didn't want him hurt!! Were doing some totally fun things with our grandboys and I didnt want my plans messed up...so far so good! Watch this space........

Circumnavigation update.

He has arrived at Esperence West Australia - back to the sea. He has just been riding on the beach.

...and he's off!

May 26th - the day of departure has come. Pete has packed all the necessities for the journey onto his motor bike. He is pretty excited about this trip - clock wise around Australia.

No passengers invited...some mates are riding odd days with him. Matt left Sydney with him, only about 3 hours south.

....and he's off....on another adventure. The thrill of the ride! 1st stop Bega.

Chantel was a bar maid - here with her mom. We had SUCH a FUN night. We hired an imposter who acted as mc and kept everything going, and kept us in stitches of laughter! I showed a pp of Peters 60 years of life. That went well too. The caterers produce lots of delicious finger food and drink flowed. It was a cool night with no wind or rain, but I hired 2 gas heaters and they became the centre of people groups.

Oh No! my husband has joined the racing car team and he's still laughing!! It was a pretty funny movie, lots of satire and action. ~Talladega Nights.
